Return Policy

Fischer Instruments carry an unconditional lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship when used as intended and maintained according to recommended care procedures. Defective instruments will be replaced or repaired at no cost.

 

All products returned to Fischer Surgical Inc. must be accompanied by a Return Authorization form. Merchandise must be carefully packaged, prepaid, and insured. Include the following with your shipment: sender's full name and address, itemized list, copy of invoice, and reason for return.

Credit Return Conditions

• Product must be undamaged and in salable condition in its original packaging.
• Full credit issued for returns within 30 days of shipment.
• Returns within 31–60 days are subject to a 10% restocking charge.
• Returns after 60 days will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be accepted for credit unless the return results from an FSI error:

• Custom made instruments
• Discontinued models
• Damaged, abused, or custom etched instruments
